Best property managers I have experienced. I found homes4u staff to be kind and courteous at all times and willing to find resolution for any difficulties that arose during our tenancy. Lucky to have one star, moved into a grub of a house 2 years ago and when leaving after 12 hours of cleaning, scrubbing and pressure washing the house was still not good enough! Using old photos for advertising. Had 5 dates for people running through the house with up to 6 families come at once two weeks before the lease was due to end! TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING as I did! RTA here I come. Make sure to also add that the grass doesnt grow at the back of the property as of massive trees and that the front stairs are against health and safety and also the front railings have movement from wood rot as well as the back which still has not been resolved! As well as bottom front stair which the contractor the realestate sent said that was not safe! And make sure u count the amount of weeds growing because that also has to be noted supposedly. They were great to deal with till we chose to leave! Its a shame because we are looking to buy and this realestate will be the last one I call!
