I called the office on Monday 19th of November at 6.41pm and a gentleman who answered had No customer service skills whatsoever. I wanted to ask a simple question regarding my family's property that they are currently selling for us, however he ignored it and repeatedly said, Sales or Rental? Coronis please teach your staff common customer service skills!
