PLEASE TERRY WHITE RE-TRAIN THE IRISH PHARMACIST WOMAN IN THE MARGATE MEDICINE SHOPPE NEXT TO THE POST OFFICE (WHICH APPARENTLY YOU NIW OWN)... AND PERSUADE LOVELY NEIL TO COME BACK OR ALL WE CUSTOMERS WILL GO TO THE OPPOSITION. THIS NEW WOMAN IS BEYOND REASONING WITH AS SHE INTERROGATES CUSTOMERS OVER SCRIPTS INCLUDING THOSE SENT BY GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY AND SPECIALISTS (8 YEARS RUNNING). HER APPROACH IS FAR TOO CONDASCENDING, PERSISTANT AND PATRONISING.... THE LAST THING INVALIDS NEED!! PLEASE ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY. THIS WAS AN HOUR OF OFFENSIVE HARANGUING WE JUST DO NOT DESERVE. WILL COMPLAIN TO SPECIALIST ABOUT HER DOUBTS. SAD THING IS THE OTHER STAFF ARE AN ABSOLUTE CREDIT TO YOU.
